Can you deliver directly to a hospital or care facility?
Yes , please include the facility name, room number (if known), and patient name at checkout. We'll confirm delivery is possible for that location. Note that some hospital units restrict flowers, so it's worth checking with the facility first.
How long will the flowers last?
With fresh water and a trim every couple of days, most of our birthday arrangements stay vibrant for 5–7 days.
What if the recipient isn't home or has been discharged?
We'll leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot and text you a photo confirming delivery. If the recipient has already left or there's nowhere safe to leave it, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Do you offer substitutions if a flower is out of season?
Occasionally a specific bloom isn't available. If that happens, we substitute with something of equal or greater value and matching color palette, never lower quality.
