Contactless Delivery
Deliveries will be sent to the front door of the recipient and the driver will give the receiver/customer a call, to confirm the delivery.
Please ensure that the receiver's phone number is confirmed at checkout, if not at least your number.

What is the difference between Box Arrangement and Bouquet
Simply, the box arrangement is flowers that are placed into an oasis that retains water and doesn't need the initial water.
In comparison to the bouquet will need to be placed in a vase with water after a few hours. It is reccomended that it not be left out for more than 3-4 hrs as it will start to dry up.
Generally we recommend that box flowers are to be purchased for any hospital delivery or any occassion that does not have a vase readily available.
What flowers get subsitutued when my some flowers are not in stock for particular arrangment.
Here at Patricia's Flowers, we may need to substitute flowers to fulfill your order. The flowers received may be slightly different in colour and variation, but trust us that the flowers we produce to fulfill your order are of correct value and similar style.
Generally, substitutions that occur are for the accenting and framing of flowers.
Example of a Substitution
Red Carnations may be substituted for Red Gerberas or Roses.
What is in a particular price point arrangement
All our arrangements start at $40 and generally have 10-20 stems of flower and greenery depending on the flowers we use.
And as it goes up in price we will start to add more flowers and greenery as well as start to use more premium flowers.
Rest assured that we will always provide the best service and quality flowers at all price points.
Care Instructions
It's Easy!
A bouquet is to be placed in a vase or any container that can hold water.
Water replacement is recommended for a vase every few days.

A box arrangement just needs to be watered lightly every day. Ensure that the box is quite heavy and that if it's a warm or hot day please check and water more frequently.

That's ok! No Stress
If you give us a call on 0413177535 , we may be able to arrange a time for you on the day.
If it's a bit late and you don't mind, the delivery may be done in the evening or late afternoon.
If our courier services are unable to deliver, it will be a guaranteed next morning arrival.
Rest assured that we will update and go through necessary information to fulfill your requests.

Exotic flowers may be in stock at that time or they will have to be ordered prior to our restocking days.
I want a particular colour or flower for an arrangment.
If you want too slightly customise the product you ordered please write an additional message in either the "Message Box, Date of Delivery Box or Special Instruction in the checkout section"
We will do out best too fulfill that instruciton.
